Speed Enforcement

Good Afternoon Resident

We have conducted speed enforcement checks throughout Darwen today addressing concerns raised by local residents regarding speeding. We are pleased to say those checked were compliant and within the speed limit. We spoke to one driver who was issued with words of advice.

In the coming weeks and months we will be out across more areas of Darwen and the rural areas addressing concerns, educating drivers on reducing their speed and speaking with local residents.
